HOWEVER I really need to comment on the technical editing, there isn't any and it makes watching this almost impossible.. I've been a builder and tuner since before some of you were born and if you want help with the technical editing let me know I know a little japanese but I can edit the text you have already so it makes sense...

The objective of this site to let people watch the complete collection of Wangan Midnight anime in the possible fastest time.

I believe most people here would be more interested in the race outcomes than technical details. That explains why the batch torrent went to 860 leechers in less than 2 hours. They are desperate to watch it in English subtitles.

You can perhaps try looking for some other fansubbing groups to edit your technical details in. Not sure if any group is doing a good job over this Anime since it got stalled after episode 14.

Just my two cents ^^
Anonymous said... @ January 22, 2009 at 5:25 AM: actually 1 is still subbing it but they are releasing it slowly. they have 15-18 and 26 subbed and released so far (only 17 is high quality tho) either way, you are releasing it a lot faster which is what a lot of people want, since the series was stalled for so long.

Based on a seinen manga by Kusunoki Michiharu serialised in Young Magazine.

The story gets its roots from the actual street racing that occurs on Tokyo's Shuto Expressway, one stretch of which is known as the "Wangan", literally meaning "bay side" (although it is generally used to refer to the freeway), the longest, straightest road in the entire country. Of course, there's also lots of traffic to contend with, including a fair number of heavy trucks. Because of this, the action is inherently hazardous, and wrecks are common. Blown engines are also a frequent hazard, especially with the extreme-high power engines.
